Since then, its floors have creased homework in all the wrong places with the pressure of eager Sketcher stomps. Its raisin-textured pleather seats maintain purple pen ink graffiti of cat-dogs and mermaids. Its windows have been regularly pressed upon by the small, salty noses of students past. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sam Reiser did not grow up riding school buses in Australia. He pries the seats from their metal sockets and piles them up, creating a car-seat catacomb. He seals the windows for winter and scrubs the grime from the broad side of the bus\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s exterior. By reusing the school bus, he is able to conserve space and stick to the bare necessities needed for a nomadic lifestyle. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reiser is a world traveler and adventure photographer. His most recent trip found him spending hours on the road. He enjoys driving. \u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e2\u20ac\u0153If you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re with someone, you get to spend a huge amount of time getting to know who someone is,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Reiser said, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153If you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re not, it gives you a lot of time for personal reflection.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reiser drove from Mexico to the north pole, documenting his journey through photographs.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He enjoys blending portraiture and the natural elements of land.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e2\u20ac\u0153It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s not placing a subject in a position, up close, where there\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s no hiding,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Reiser said, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s putting them in a landscape in which you have to search for them.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reiser says he wants to use the school bus as a tool for travel. He invites his friends and social media followers to help him work on its transformation. He keeps it parked in his friend\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s front yard for the time-being, where he spends almost every day working on the bus.
