Thalia is a senior, majoring in Bio-behavioral health, hailing from Queens, New York. She says that it’s the first time at one of the NAACP block parties and she is glad she didn’t miss it. She says, “It’s really nice to see the black and brown community at Penn State come together. I know it’s hot and everything, but it’s senior year. You gotta go out and do stuff because you never know if you’ll meet someone cool. Like today, I met you.”
