It is very easy to get caught up in the “lights-camera-action” side of college athletics. Everyone loves to see their teams succeed on their different fields of play. What everyone doesn’t see is the behind the scenes work that goes into making the machine run smoothly. Everyone on a team has a role to fill, no one more important than the other.
